Lecithin Drug Interactions

There are currently no known drug interactions (or supplement interactions) with lecithin. However, you should always tell your healthcare provider about all medications (including prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs, and vitamins or supplements) you take. People sometimes forget to mention their dietary supplements (such as lecithin) when telling their healthcare providers about the medications they take.
Although there are no lecithin interactions known at this point, it is important to understand that no studies have been done to specifically look for lecithin drug interactions. Therefore, there may be drug interactions with lecithin that may be discovered in the future.
Let your healthcare provider know about every single medication or supplement you take and if you suspect any possible interaction due to lecithin. For instance, you might suspect a possible drug interaction if you start taking lecithin and one of your other medications seems to be less effective.
