What If I Take an Overdose of Razadyne?

People who take too much Razadyne may have overdose symptoms that could include:
 
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Increased salivation, sweating, and lacrimation (tear production)
  • Severe intestinal cramping
  • Slow heart rate (bradycardia)
  • Low blood pressure (hypotension)
  • Seizures
  • Muscle weakness, including life-threatening weakness of the muscles used for breathing
  • Loss of life.
     
If you happen to overdose on Razadyne, seek immediate medical attention.

Razadyne Storage

Razadyne should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep Razadyne and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Razadyne?

If you forget to take a dose of Razadyne, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, simply skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take double the dose of Razadyne.

Razadyne is available in the following strengths and forms:
 
  • Razadyne 4 mg tablets
  • Razadyne 8 mg tablets
  • Razadyne 12 mg tablets
  • Razadyne oral solution (liquid), with 4 mg of Razadyne per mL
  • Razadyne ER 8 mg capsules
  • Razadyne ER 16 mg capsules
  • Razadyne ER 24 mg capsules.
