Razadyne® is an Alzheimer's medication that is available by prescription only. Specifically, it is used to slow the worsening of dementia symptoms in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Razadyne is available in two forms: fast-acting capsules and slow-acting tablets and oral solution. Side effects that have been reported with Razadyne include loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, and weight loss.
