There is no conclusive evidence that suggests that phosphatidylserine really works for any use. Much more research is necessary before phosphatidylserine can be recommended as a safe and effective treatment for any medical condition. Remember, phosphatidylserine is considered to be a dietary supplement and can, therefore, be sold in the United States without any evidence that it is either effective or safe.
