Namenda® is a prescription medicine that is used for treating moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease. It has been shown to slow down the decline of cognitive function and improve the performance of daily activities. Namenda is available in tablet and liquid form, and is generally taken twice a day. Side effects may include confusion, dizziness, constipation and headaches.
