Namenda Uses in Children

Namenda is not approved for use in children (which makes sense, since Alzheimer's disease affects the elderly).

Off-Label Namenda Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Namenda for something other than Alzheimer's disease. Off-label Namenda uses include:

Preventing migraines (see Namenda for Migraines)
Treating dementia due to causes other than Alzheimer's
Treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Some of these off-label Namenda uses are more valid than others.
