Demenchia

Were you looking for information about Dementia? Demenchia is a common misspelling of dementia.

Dementia, which is most commonly caused by Alzheimer's disease, is the progressive decline in cognitive function beyond what might be expected from normal aging. Common symptoms include memory loss, personality changes, behavioral problems, and inability to solve problems. All forms of the condition result from the death of nerve cells or the loss of communication among these cells. About 10 percent of dementia causes are treatable conditions, but for the rest, there are no known treatment options available that can stop the progression of symptoms.
