Who Should Not Take Cognex?

You should not take Cognex if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Cognex, tacrine hydrochloride, or any inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • Had liver problems involving yellow skin (jaundice), high bilirubin levels, or a rash or fever in combination with high liver enzymes when taking Cognex in the past.
