Aricept has not been approved for use in children.
 

Off-Label Aricept Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend Aricept for treating something other than the conditions discussed above. This is called an "off-label" use. Some off-label uses of Aricept include treatment of:
 
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Behavioral symptoms with other types of dementia
  • Memory problems following traumatic brain injury (TBI).
